The Bayberry Lake House will be a stunning community gathering space that will sit on the banks of its very own boating & fishing lake. This luxury social hub will be available to all Bayberry South residents for private parties, neighborhood activity club meetings, classes, seminars, community events, and more!

Indoor Features

  • An expansive great room, complete with:
    • Large entertaining island
    • Multiple dining areas
    • Lounge chairs lining a wall of windows overlooking the lake
    • Sofas and chairs surrounding a fireplace and 50″ TV
  • Flex space, perfect for kids’ parties and activities, intimate events, or organized group exercise classes, with wet bar and double doors that open to a patio overlooking Bayberry Lake.
  • A spacious catering kitchen with refrigerator and double sink, separate from the great room.

Outdoor Features

  • A lake where residents can fish and bring non-motorized boats out on the water.
  • A covered porch with outdoor seating, overlooking the lake.
  • A fenced-in playground overlooking the lake —within easy view of the patio and covered porch, so parents can relax while children play!
