The layout is gorgeous, and the amount of green space and parks we have is truly unrivaled! I think as a builder, [Blenheim does] a brilliant job building neighborhoods.

I am writing to express my happiness with my recent purchase of 5200 Niven Ln at the Ponds at Bayberry. I feel the level of craftmanship was exceptional. BJ and Kenny were on top of every detail. Monica was an excellent sales person. She was very informative and professional through the whole process. You should be proud that she is on your team.

It’s a Wonderful Life in Bayberry South!  One of the best decisions my husband and I could have made.  We have the new home of our dreams along with so many lovely neighbors that we now call Family!  We truly believe you will never experience such kindness anywhere else.  Be prepared to wave to everyone that passes by!!!

I have lived in Middletown Delaware for 23 years. I have had the pleasure of living in The Village of Bayberry North in Middletown for the past 9 years. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Blenheim and, especially, working with Brittany in the sales office. This was our first house purchase, and Brittany made the entire process so fun and smooth! We were so fortunate to have Brittany help us with every step of the process; she took so much time with us, from our original selections to the design center choices to finding us answers to every question we had along the way. Also, because we lived a few hours away during construction and couldn’t visit very often, she was so thoughtful to send us photos of the progress on our house frequently so we could enjoy the excitement of watching our home come together. Thanks to Brittany, we ended up with our dream home on the perfect lot. And thanks to Blenheim, we are now living in a gorgeous, beautiful house that we love. The Village of Bayberry neighborhood is so lovely, it’s just the right size and we chose it in part because of the wonderful school district and great layout. The design center options were extensive, and for such a reasonably priced home, we are amazed at the high quality building materials, countertops, flooring and appliances that Blenheim used. We couldn’t be happier with our home purchase and we are so grateful to Brittany and Blenheim for making it a reality!

The whole process, from contract to settlement, was very smooth. The few punch-list items we had at our walkthrough were addressed quickly and professionally. We love our Blenheim-Bayberry home! 

The purchase of our new home in the Ponds at Bayberry was a positive experience, from beginning to end. We love our open floor plan—over 50 percent of dedicated open space—and are looking forward to utilizing our community clubhouse with all its amenities.

Blenheim Homes provided a great experience from the start of lot selection and initial deposit through the entire sales process to closing. Key experiences for us included the design center selections process with luxury upgrades we made for the kitchen, master bath/bedroom, flooring and the addition of our sunroom. Your recommendations paid off!

The townhome layout is open and provides easy living for our lifestyle. We also love the community. We typically walk every day and can relax and enjoy the safe surroundings including the open spaces the community provides. A special shout out to the service team for their prompt follow-up and resolution to punch list items identified during our walk-throughs and after closing. We were kept informed of the schedule to address our concerns and they have been promptly resolved.

We were blessed to be able to work with this amazing Sales Manager as she assisted us in choosing our forever home. Every time we came into the office, we were greeted by the wonderful front office staff and then she sat down with us one-on-one to discuss the options for our home. From the beginning questions of which model and what lot, to what fixture we wanted in our bathrooms, she was there every step of the way. Our questions never seemed like a burden, and she took the time to explain everything in great detail. We always knew what our next steps were and what to expect. Even after we settled on our home, she was still checking in to see how everything was going and to see if she could assist in any way. She is truly a wonderful Sales Manager that we consider part of our family here in the Meadows.

When we decided to go with Bayberry to build our dream home, we were not sure exactly what we were in for. Building a new construction home can be a very daunting process, starting with picking the right model and design options, to questions regarding financing and building timelines. Lucky for us we had our sales manager on our side. She was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. For anyone that’s ever done this before (this was our first), you know that you become a nervous wreck during the entire build, wondering if you made the right selections and if all your choices would come out exactly as you pictured it. Well, not only did she hold our hand throughout the entire process, but she also made sure to show us so many examples, answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and even stayed with the construction team to make sure we were on schedule with zero hiccups.
